This form is meant as a means to express your first choice for an appointment. However, your first choice may not be an option so once your request is received we will work with you to get an appointment that will work for your schedule.
*Again, this is not a synced appointment book. It is simply meant to offer a best attempt to provide services at a time and day for you. Complexity of services provided at Interlude, prevents us from showing you our "real time" appointment book! Please be as detailed as possible in our comments section so we may place you in a time slot as close to your request as possible.

* All cancellations MUST provide 24 hour notice. Large groups require 72 hour notice for cancellations. (All cancellations or appointment modifications fall under these same guidelines.)

** Chronic "same day" cancellation clients will only be serviced on a daily, call-in basis without an appointment.
