  • Credit cards are accepted.
  • Interlude is an appointment only facility.
  • Too shy to ask? Customary tipping standards range from 18-20% of services. Gratuity is allowed on credit cards but not preferred.
  • Gift Cards are redeemable for amount paid, not service specified. Gift cards must be presented prior to the start of the service. Order gift certificates online!
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them as cash.
  • A credit card or gift card number is required upon booking all services.
  • All cancellations MUST provide 24 hour notice. Large groups require 72 hour notice for cancellations.  (All cancellations or appointment modifications fall under these same guidelines.)
  • 20% gratuity will be added to services, for all large parties of 5 or more.
  • There is a 30% deposit required for multiple service appointments.
  • Insufficient notice or "no shows" will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services deducted from gift card, charged to credit card, or added to your slip on the next visit.
  • Chronic "same day" cancellation clients will only be serviced on a daily, call-in basis without an appointment.
  • We ask that when you visit the salon & spa to turn cell phones off or to vibrate.
  • Unfortunately, our quiet environment is not suitable for children. Please make arrangements for your children prior to your visit.
  • Please inform us if you are using any prescription medications for your face.
  • Phone & mail orders are available.
